You can unstake through the same interface, with no lock-up period. ## Rates and exits The protocol rate is corvusSOL's value in SOL inside the staking program. An unstake settles against that rate, on Solana's epoch schedule, and it isn't always offered at your size. A swap settles against route liquidity instead, immediately. A gap between the two is a market-side depeg rather than something wrong with the stake.
